Starred chef Akrame Benallal opens a warm and bright interior for the 90-seat restaurant Le Shirvan, his new Parisian hot spot for delicate cuisine.
A fine mix of wooden and mineral materials grant the venue its specific atmosphere. The venue features ash wood as wood specie to be reflected throughout the restaurant, and particularly through the furniture which was partly imagined specifically for the project.

In addition to the customization of the Ciel! Woody armchairs in ash wood and soft full-grain leather, TABISSO developed and produced newly designed tables in ash wood with Richlite and brass table tops, as well as mobile furniture dedicated to the service.
